Regrouping. Refocusing. Rejuvenating.

Time has definitely slipped by me. At least the last five months have slipped by and I have no one to blame but myself.  I've been lost in Vice President duties and contest drama, editing future releases and getting over some tough rejections.  And let's not forget the most serious problem--I haven't written anything new since November.

Six months and no writing is a huge deal for a writer. Especially one wanting to build a career. At this point, it's time for me to make a decision. I can either roll over and admit defeat or recommit to my goals.  My choice--I refuse to let the second half of the year stuck in a rut.

I've plotted a new course and made a schedule--a very ambitious schedule. I'm going to need some help sticking to it.  Please don't hesitate to kick my butt if I lose my way.  You have my permission LOL

So if you are a reader, what do you have to look forward to?

I have two releases scheduled for this year.  His Five Favorite Lines will be release next week, May 20th.  And in September, the final novella in my Bare Naked Designs series, Bound In Lingerie, will be released.

What are your new projects, Gina?

I'm still working on my novel Feels Like the First Time.  The emotional content of this story is taxing to say the least but I will get it done.  I am also plotting a brand new novella series, tentatively titled the Madewood Farm series.  There will be four novellas in all that follow four foster brothers who are all chefs.

So I hope that actually putting my intentions on paper will help point me in the right direction.  I'm off to work.
