A few of my favorite things...

In honor of the release of Her Five Favorite Words on April 2nd I am going to be posting about some of my own favorite things.

Since it's a rainy day in the Greater Toronto Area I am going to start with something warm and soothing.

Now most of what I write is fiction. Most of it. However, Her Five Fave did center around one of my favorite things in the whole world, a Starbucks vanilla latte. Believe me when I say there are no substitutions. Not Second Cup or Timothy's or some independent cafe trying to mimic the yummy goodness that only Starbucks can brew. Indulging in one daily is quite an expensive habit so I try to keep my consumption to a minimum. It is by far my favorite hot drink.

So only 5 more days until the big release. (no pun intended - that can have many different interpretations especially for an erotic romance writer.) I can't even begin to describe the excitement and nervousness that is coarsing through my mind and body every single second of every day.

Some more good news. I have been advised that my second erotic short, Wicked Ride, will be released by Breathless Press the end May. Also, my erotic novella being published by Lyrical Press, Forever in Lingerie, has an expected release date of late 2010. I have seen the mock cover art for Wicked Ride and it is fantastic!! Annie at Breathless Press is a genius.

I'll be back tomorrow with another favorite thing. Hint: They are petite, come in many different flavors and are the focus of one of current works in progress.
